Trade credits - liabilities

According to the balance of payments conventions trade credit arises from the direct extension of credit from a supplier to a buyer without issue of a tradable security. Trade credits, net, liabilities are recorded: increases in financial liabilities - under credit, with a positive sign; decreases in financial liabilities - under debit, with a negative sign.
